Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Interactive Learning
are experiential, holistic (hands on, mind, body, spirit) forms of
learning that help participants increase self-awareness, work through
emotional blocks, and gain powerful tools for change.
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy:
Depth oriented and action focused therapy. For help with family dynamics, depression and anxiety, anger management, learning and behavioral problems, recovery from addictions, recovery from trauma.Equine Interactive Learning:
For help with personal development, short-term projects, team building and staff development, creative blocks.
The horses don't care what we call it, because once we step in the arena, you will have the opportunity to:
